Courtney F. Cochran

Courtney is the Operations Manager and oversees the firm’s day to day operations and internal systems that support thoughtful, relationship driven client service.

She leads firm operations including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and team development. She also works closely with the Managing Attorney on planning, team capacity, and overall firm performance.

Courtney focuses on improving processes and building systems that create structure and consistency while helping the team stay focused on meaningful client relationships. She plays a key role in shaping the firm’s operations by balancing growth, efficiency, and client care in a way that reflects the firm’s values.

Her leadership style is grounded in steadiness, collaboration, and teamwork, shaped in part by her background as a former college basketball player.
