Kate C. Cornell
Legal Assistant
Kate is a lifelong resident of Sussex County and her role with Leslie DiPietro Law, LLC enables her to directly serve her community. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from Wilmington University and also earned her Paralegal Certificate with Delaware Tech. She is currently pursuing her law degree. With a background in corporate law and client services, Kate brings a well-rounded perspective to her role as a Legal Assistant. Kate’s goal is to provide an excellent customer service experience for the client. She believes that building relationships with clients is crucial to better understanding their goals and the legacy they seek to protect.
Outside of the office, Kate enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband, children and fur babies. She enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors. Kate and her husband have been backpacking the Appalachian Trail in sections with the hope of one day hiking the full trail from Maine to Georgia.
