Originally from Wilmington, Delaware, Courtney spent over a decade working in the criminal justice field. She recently moved to Sussex County and joined DiPietro Law, LLC as the firm’s Estate Planning Assistant. Courtney’s positive approach and friendly demeanor allow her to make lasting connections with clients. Her passion lies in helping others- this makes her an asset to our Team and the families we serve.


As a college basketball player, she learned valuable teamwork skills and leadership qualities that she has carried into her career. Some of her favorite things include spending time at the beach with her dog, Weston, taking care of her houseplants, and baking.
